Suggested by the community : Add a DCA option to cancel open orders at startup.

I would like to use the Tradingview Webhook function, but I would love to see an Option to set a sell price. E.g. I go long and on the next candle I place a close long order for a limit price i defined in Tradingview and pass via webhook.
