Please add the possibility to read the logs in logs/OctoBot.log in OcotBot-Cloud

It would help if eg a trade is not initiated after a trigger (TradingView) hits

Just rename the 'EXPORT EVENT LOGS' to a clearer text. The current label is a little confusing, that only the displayed messages will be exported. But when hitting the button, all the logs are downloaded.
