When doing a DCA you want to make regular buys, say once a week. The problem today is that restarting the server, or just the service, triggers an immediate buy at startup. Like if I restart the service 10 times in a row there will be 10 buy orders, even if the DCA strategy is set to buy once a week for example. It would be great to store the timestamp of the last buy in persistent storage IMO, and to use that to make sure there's no systematic buy order triggered at startup if it's "too early"
